We’re hiring an experienced, quality-focused Brewer to lead production, cellar, and packaging operations on our 10 bbl system. This is a Full Time position that offers 401k matching retirement but no health care.
What You’ll Do:- Manage wort production, fermentation profiles, yeast health, dry hopping, and strict CIP protocols.
- Oversee brite beer conditioning, carbonation, and packaging runs (kegging and canning).
- Maintain tight QA/QC standards (gravities, DO, pH, shelf-stability) and equipment maintenance.
- Scale core recipes, develop new styles, and manage raw material inventory. Participate in festivals, community events, and events at both of our locations.
- 2+ years commercial brewing experience (Lead, Production, or Head Brewer level).
- Proven expertise in recipe scaling, yeast management, water chemistry, and off-flavor prevention.
- Ability to lift 55+ lbs and maneuver full kegs.
