Social Media Specialist

• Develop and manage a comprehensive monthly social media content calendar aligned with product launches, sales promotions, and automotive events.
• Create engaging, platform‑specific content including photography, short‑form video (Reels, Tik Toks), graphics, and copy that resonates with the LS/LT, Hemi, and Ford enthusiast demographic.
• Manage daily posting and scheduling across all active social channels to optimize reach and engagement.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Product, and Research & Development teams to ensure social media efforts support broader company objectives and drive traffic to the website.
• Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally, fostering a positive brand presence.
• Identify and engage with relevant influencers and automotive content creators to organically expand brand reach and establish mutually beneficial relationships.
• Attend shows and community events on behalf of the company, capturing content for use on social platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, click‑through rate, conversion) and use data‑driven insights to recommend strategic adjustments.
• Conduct competitive analysis on other automotive parts retailers to identify opportunities for differentiation.

• 3‑4+ years of hands‑on content creation with mastery of algorithms and formats for You Tube, Tik Tok, and Meta (Instagram/Facebook).
• Deep knowledge of LS/LT, Hemi, and Ford markets, tuning trends, and the enthusiast community.
• Strong history of working cross‑functionally across departments and leadership levels to achieve goals.
• Proficient in photography, videography, copywriting, and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut).
• Understanding of how social media drives e‑commerce/SEO and ability to interpret data via Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
• Highly organized self‑starter able to prioritize projects and adapt quickly to platform changes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a media‑related field or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Consistent month‑over‑month growth in engagement rate across all platforms.
• Targeted, organic increase in followers within the core enthusiast demographic.
