King Global Ministries is seeking a Volunteer Salesforce Administrator to help us set up and optimize our donated Salesforce platform. This system will support fundraising, donor management, program tracking, volunteer coordination, and client case management. This is a critical volunteer role that will have lasting impact on how we serve our community, but you’ll have flexibility and the support of our team.

• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports to support fundraising, programs, volunteers, and client case management
• Customize dashboards and reports for easy tracking and evaluation
• Provide guidance on best practices for ongoing use
• Work with staff to understand needs and implement solutions

• Flexible schedule; estimated 5–7 hours/week depending on project stage
• Long‑term commitment preferred (project may take several months)

• Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent
• Knowledge of Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) preferred but not required
• Comfortable configuring objects, workflows, and reports
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Desire to make a meaningful impact through technology
