Unlock your potential through HCA’s New to Specialty Program for Labor and Delivery – a comprehensive, blended learning experience designed to bridge the gap for experienced RNs transitioning into this specialty.
Program Highlights- Tailored training program
- Hands‑on training and mentorship
- Supportive learning environment
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Willingness to work night shift
- Available to work (3) 12‑hour shifts per week, rotating weekends
- Open to internal and external candidates

What qualifications you will need- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Registered Nurse Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
- Neonate Resuscitation Program must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
