Unlock your potential through HCA’s New to Specialty Program for Labor and Delivery – a comprehensive, blended learning experience designed to bridge the gap for experienced RNs transitioning into this specialty.

• Tailored training program
• Hands‑on training and mentorship
• Supportive learning environment

• Minimum 1 year RN experience
• Willingness to work night shift
• Available to work (3) 12‑hour shifts per week, rotating weekends
• Open to internal and external candidates

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Registered Nurse Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
• Neonate Resuscitation Program must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
