Altus Hospice is seeking a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to join our nursing team providing exceptional end-of-life care in Williamson County and surrounding areas.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm with on-call rotation. You will coordinate services and guide patients and families through the hospice journey.
