• Meet with prospects in Austin and the surrounding areas
• Secure representation agreements and help clients throughout the buying process
• Weekend, Holidays, and evening hours required
• Be committed to practicing as a real estate professional full-time
• Willingness and desire to help participate in community give-back initiatives

• We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellent client service and personal and professional growth
• Must have a Texas real estate license or be in the process of getting a real estate license
• Looking for a full-time commitment
• Sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• Be willing to be self-accountable
• Be tech-savvy (we will train)
• Be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Have the ability to adapt to different personalities and fast changes in the market
• Be a proactive problem solver and collaborate with team members
• Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends/market

$75,000 - $200,000 per year at plan earnings
