The Assistant Team Leader supports store operations, maintains a clean and organized environment, and assists the Store Team Leader in creating a customer-first culture. Key duties include supervising staff, managing merchandise presentation, performing stocking and cashiering, and ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail and supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand frequently.
