Join the Palm Beach Tan team as a Beauty Consultant. We are looking for bright, enthusiastic personalities who can thrive in a commission-driven environment. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, promote our brand, and help clients achieve their tanning and skincare goals.

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Handle cash, including opening and closing procedures
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track sales goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a retail or customer service environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend for at least 7 hours per day
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
