• As a Night Stocker, become part of a highly-functioning team in the Grocery or Drug Store department, stocking shelves and keeping displays organized while the store is closed or low-traffic.
• Stock shelves, refill displays, load/unload and move heavy, bulky products; may unload trucks.
• Prepare shelves and products, learn/apply product knowledge with attention to detail (e.g., rotation dates, shelf/label info) to help the department meet A+ Standards.
• Keep the department clean and well-organized (back room and shelves).
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and leader directions; maintain productivity standards; work efficiently with a team attitude.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company food safety and sanitation standards.
• Take constructive feedback and apply learning to future tasks.
• May coach/train other Stockers as needed.

• Operate with a team mindset; collaborate cross-functionally within the Store and across departments (e.g., Curbside).
• Model customer service and hospitality for Customers and Store Partners; assist customers in locating products and answering questions.

• Minimum age 18 (mandatory).
• Experience stocking and in customer service (preferred).
• Experience in a physically demanding job is a plus.
• Forklift / power jack training provided upon hire.

• Understand SOPs and guidance related to emergency procedures and stocking; strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks including heavy lifting; work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team to meet nightly goals; think on your feet with agility; maintain attention to detail.

• Constantly reach, grasp; stand/walk frequently; occasional overhead/shoulder/knee/floor reaching; occasional climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, pivoting, and lifting up to 50-100 lbs depending on department.
