• Make 150+ outbound calls daily to engage existing members and policyholders
• Deliver scripted and unscripted consultative sales presentations
• Enroll members into supplemental Life & Health insurance products
• Manage inbound call volume and follow up with engaged contacts
• Document all activity in Salesforce and manage your sales pipeline
• Provide a seamless, professional, and caring member experience

• Active Life and/or Health Insurance License
• 2+ years of insurance sales or high‑volume call center experience
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Tech fluency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus)
• Resilience, drive, and a track record of hitting goals
• A positive attitude and desire to grow within a mission‑driven team

• Hourly base pay + monthly performance bonuses (first‑year average: $50,000–$60,000; top performers: $100,000+)
