At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your health. As a Fitness Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to help people realize their goals through our unique membership model of practitioner-assisted stretch.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who visits Stretch Zone.
• Implement lead generation and management activities to set up complimentary demos.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, scheduling appointments, answering calls, and addressing concerns.
• Enhance member retention through adherence to daily operational guidelines, excellent service, and follow-ups.
• Lead by example, supporting teammates and going beyond expectations.
• Track KPIs to monitor studio performance.
• Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by meeting sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and improving sales skills.

Qualifications

• Experienced in membership sales, confident in connecting with guests and converting them to members after their first session.
• Driven and competitive, with accountability for exceeding sales goals.
• Well-organized with exceptional time management and multitasking skills.

Stretch Zone Overview

• Utilize proprietary equipment following specific protocols to position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles based on neuromuscular principles.
• Help clients improve athletic performance, range of motion, reduce stiffness, and enhance reaction time.
