Maintenance Technician

The Delaney at Georgetown Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Technician to join our team! This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the community.

Full-time

Tuesday - Saturday

$20 per hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

* Perform general maintenance and repair duties may include fixture installations, plumbing, minor electrical and appliance repairs, floor coverings, and some furniture installations with minimal supervision.

* Conduct preventive maintenance on complicated systems such as HVAC, refrigeration, pumping and motor systems, electrical and emergency generator systems, domestic water systems and all other aspects.

* Performs painting and refurbishing projects as assigned.

* Maintains accurate and timely inspection logs and recordkeeping as directed.

* Performs building and equipment repairs for both interior and exterior as needed in changing environments and temperatures

* Accomplishes assignments in a timely and professional manner

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

* Minimum one year experience in building maintenance

Starting pay is $20.00/hour, based on experience.
