• Lead and manage general ledger reconciliations for accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation processes
• Analyze production cost variances and drive actionable insights
• Contribute to budget planning and forecasting cycles
• Manage fixed assets and track depreciation schedules
• Reconcile bank statements and assist with cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax laws, and financial procedures
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial reviews

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting (required)
• 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (preferably in manufacturing)
• Solid working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Quick Books, Fishbowl, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
• Strong command of GAAP, cost accounting principles, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and organizational skills
• Experience with inventory management and cost control
• Familiarity with manufacturing operations and cost drivers
• A continuous improvement mindset toward systems and processes
