Our client has an immediate need for an Assistant Controller at their office located near Fayetteville, GA. The position details are as follows:
Qualifications- Accounting or Business Degree
- A minimum of 4 years of Accounting experience
- Full‑cycle accounting
- Ability to multi‑task
- Flexible, wear many hats
- Experience with Sage and Quick Books is a plus
- Experience with Real Estate entities and Yardi is a plus
- Experience with Billing
- Experience with contracts, lien waivers & vendors
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Operations experience a plus
