Bookkeeper with Payroll

Who: A stable, $15M revenue company with 70 employees is seeking a dependable bookkeeper.
What: Handle full-cycle accounting including A/P, A/R, invoicing, payroll, and monthly financials.
When: Immediate need, ideally someone who can onboard quickly.
Where: On-site at the company's office near the city center.
Why: This is a critical hire to support the President directly and maintain financial order.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 annually with benefits.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Bookkeeper to serve as the right hand to the President of a well-established business. This is a vital role that involves managing all day-to-day accounting functions and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently in a small team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable

• Issue and track invoices

• Manage payroll for 70 employees

• Maintain general ledger and assist with month-end close

• Support external accountant during tax season

• Provide financial reporting and cash flow summaries to leadership

• Assist the President with ad hoc financial tasks

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, including payroll

• Proficient in Quick Books or similar accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively

• Experience working in a small to mid-sized company is preferred
