Accounts Payable Clerk

Employment Status:
Full-Time (Salaried Exempt)

The primary responsibility for the Accounts Payable is to accurately process invoices, maintain vendor accounts, and process weekly supplier/vendor statements/or invoices. This position will require attention to detail, organization, excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new tasks as needed.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Process supplier/vendor invoices and statements, including three-way matching.
• Answer phones and provide general administrative support
• Maintain organized files and documentation
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as needed

• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suits and Outlook.
• Quick Books and/or accounts payable experience is a plus
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
