• Lead Net Suite optimization, reporting enhancements, system cleanup, and process improvements as the organization's Controller.
• Oversee international consolidations and financial reporting across multiple global entities.
• Drive timely monthly close processes and deliver accurate, actionable financial insights.
• Modernize the chart of accounts, improve financial systems, and strengthen data integrity.
• Partner with leadership on acquisition planning, integration efforts, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Mentor accounting team members while helping build and scale the finance function.

• 5+ years of experience serving as a Controller or senior accounting leader within multinational organizations.
• Deep hands-on Net Suite expertise, including system administration, reporting, optimization, and process design.
• Proven success as a Controller leading financial transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong background in consolidations, multi-entity reporting, and international accounting operations.
• Ability to operate as both a strategic and hands-on Controller in a fast-growing environment.
