Salary Range: $125,000 – $140,000 + 10% bonus Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
- Step into a leadership role with significant visibility across operations and executive leadership.
- Partner closely with the Controller and gain broad exposure to financial reporting, audit, tax, AP, AR, and manufacturing accounting.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
- Work within a global Dover Corporation business while supporting a well-established manufacturing operation.
- Influence cross-functional decision-making and help drive continuous improvement across the finance organization.
- Lead and manage the month‑end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Review journal entries, account reconciliations, revenue recognition, accruals, and fixed asset accounting.
- Support audits, tax compliance activities, and internal control initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and streamline accounting workflows across the organization.
- Provide oversight and support for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections, and customer credit management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- ERP system experience required; advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, Power BI experience preferred.
