• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, AR/AP, payroll accounting, and month-end close
• Manage and refine internal controls, accounting policies, and financial reporting processes
• Oversee preparation of timely, accurate financial statements and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, clinical, and operations teams to support multi-entity reporting and cash flow visibility
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for tax, audit, and compliance functions
• Build, manage, and mentor a lean finance and accounting team
• Support financial analysis, cash forecasting, and system improvements as we scale

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a controller or assistant controller role
• Strong understanding of GAAP, multi-entity accounting, and cash flow reporting
• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems (Quick Books, Power BI, or similar)
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially when work
