Controller
Salary: $155,

- Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision support
- Oversee monthly close, general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Drive internal control compliance, audit readiness, and financial governance processes
- Evaluate capital investments and monitor financial performance against business objectives
- Develop and lead finance and accounting teams across multiple locations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of finance leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and ERP systems
- CPA and/or CMA preferred; MBA is a plus
