As a key part of our dealerships administrative operations, youll handle vehicle title processing, maintain accurate records, and assist with general office support. This is a fast-paced, paperwork-heavy role that requires accuracy, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic and routine accounting functions related to stocking in vehicles
- Assist in processing car deals including dealer trades
- Process contracts and related vehicle sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Process vehicle tag and title paperwork to establish or transfer ownership for all retail, fleet, and wholesale transactions
- Maintain accounting schedules, make journal entry adjustments as needed
- Prepare title documents
- Submit all legal transfer work to the county clerk
- Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous Office, Administrative, Clerical, and/or Titling experience preferred but not required
- Dealership experience is a plus!
- An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
