Overview
This is a full‑time, twelve (12) month position. This dual support position provides high‑level administrative assistance to both the HR and Development offices. The Administrative Assistant will assist with managing the lifecycle of employee documentation, onboarding protocols, benefit questions, gift processing, and maintaining the integrity of the donor database (Raiser’s Edge). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, balancing technical demands of gift processing and event logistics with the sensitive nature of personnel management, while representing the school’s Christian values to staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Experience providing administrative support.

Advancement & Database Support (Raiser’s Edge)
- Assist in managing and clearing pending donation queues in Raiser’s Edge.
- Add and update constituent records and perform database cleanup and corrections as identified.
HR & Benefits Administration
- Help manage the Open Enrollment window, including verification of enrollments and responding to employee benefit questions.
- Post HSA contributions to employee accounts and run benefit reports for every payroll cycle.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Post open positions to relevant job boards and schedule interviews.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding process, including scheduling in‑person meetings, creating and filing all new‑hire paperwork.
- Schedule in‑person termination meetings, pull and process paperwork for terminations, and ensure they are filed correctly.
General Administrative Support
- Manage high‑volume HR filling and triage the “need response folder.”
- Pay monthly benefit bills and post entries accurately in Financial Edge (FE).
- Perform FSA bank entries in FE.
- Assist CFO with administrative support.
