Overview
W & W Collision Center in Alto, GA is seeking a full-time entry-level Assistant Refinish Automotive Technician to join our auto body refinishing team.

This position typically works a 4-day work week, 10 hours a day, Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 5 pm. You will provide critical support to technicians by preparing vehicles for paint, refinishing, and polishing them before returning them to customers. Under technician direction, you will sand parts and panels, mask areas to ensure paint stays where it should, and apply primers, sealers, basecoat, and clear coat.
You will also blend panels as needed and use finishing abrasives, sanding products, and buffing equipment. You may assist with other duties as needed.
- Willingness to complete I-CAR and other training
- Ability to lift, squat, kneel, bend, and manage parts in excess of 70 pounds
- Valid driver s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
- Must be able to work full-time in Alto, GA
