Your RoleAs a Master Automotive Technician, you will be at the forefront of our mission to deliver outstanding service. Your expertise will help us solve complex automotive issues while ensuring our customers feel valued and understood.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued customers.
- Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer needs.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Strong diagnostic skills for both mechanical and electrical issues across all vehicle makes and models.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
- 8+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a commitment to achieve them.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
- A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
- Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Ability to work in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Willingness to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating a computer.
