Construction Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and interpret data for status of land use, permitting, and building construction.
• Provide reporting by category, status, and progress of each property.
• Maintain database of all properties and projects.
• Communicate with construction owners’ representatives to gather current information on project status and schedules.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced level Excel skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
• Microsoft Power BI intermediate to advanced skill level.
• Smartsheet platform experience.
• Knowledge of real estate and construction management.
• Proficient accounting principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
