North Georgia Civil Inc is urgently hiring a Superintendent to lead day‑to‑day on‑site operations for a high‑profile commercial construction project. This critical role is ideal for an experienced construction leader who can confidently manage subcontractors, ensure project execution meets top‑tier standards, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Initially a one‑project contract, this position offers the opportunity for long‑term placement or relocation upon project extension.

• Oversee daily on‑site activities on a commercial construction site.
• Direct and manage subcontractors in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and the internal PM team.
• Review, follow, and manage project schedules provided by NGC.
• Provide daily remote updates and site photos to document progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
• Solve on‑site issues promptly and keep projects on time and within scope.
• Be available for rare overnight or weekend work as required by project needs.

• Proven 2+ years of experience in a Superintendent or Foreman role within commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of construction management, subcontractor oversight, and site safety.
• Ability to read and interpret construction schedules and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in coordinating with clients and PMs.
• Self‑sufficient, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Personal transportation and smartphone required for job‑related duties.

• Experience managing federal or government construction projects.
• Familiarity with commercial renovation or ground‑up projects.
