Company OverviewMichelin Raceway Road Atlanta is a 2.54‑mile road course situated in the rolling hills 35 minutes north of Atlanta. The multi‑purpose facility hosts the 10‑hour Petit Le Mans race and is known for a family‑friendly atmosphere with a "Kids 12 & Under Are Always Free" policy.
SummaryOperates the telephone system to answer calls and direct callers to the appropriate department. Greets visitors, vendors, and guests and notifies appropriate parties. Completes a variety of administrative duties, including ticket sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Answer phones professionally, determine the purpose of the call, and forward to appropriate individuals or departments.
- Welcome on‑site visitors, determine the nature of the visit, and announce the visitor to the appropriate staff member.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Sell event admission tickets, including hospitality, general admissions, parking, and annual renewals.
- Handle mail, including receiving, sorting, and routing; apply postage to outgoing mail and place it in the mailbox.
- Support the team with logistics, admin, and photos for company‑wide activities.
- Maintain a clean reception area; restock and maintain current general information brochures and flyers.
- This position is a race event working position (including the annual Petit Le Mans) and assists during peak hours, weekends, and special events.
- No travel required.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications- Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination. Must have ticketing and technology‑based software skills. - Language
Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees. - Mathematical
Skills:
Ability to perform basic arithmetic, compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret bar graphs. - Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and solve problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Proficient on company‑provided hardware and software. - Other
Qualifications:
Requires a credit check to assist with accounting responsibilities. Comfortable working around loud engines and fast‑paced activity.
The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to walk, climb or balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and may occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision.
