Overview

Valet Attendant - Rising Fawn, GA (Cloudland Resort) – Parking Management Company (PMC).

The Valet Attendant provides excellent customer service by safely parking and retrieving vehicles, serving as the first and last point of contact for guests, and following all safety and company procedures.

• Vehicle inspections: check for damage and record vehicle details on claim tickets.
• Safety: safely park and retrieve vehicles, follow key handling procedures, and follow all safety guidelines.
• Compliance: clock in/out for shifts and breaks on time, and report tips accurately.
• Housekeeping: keep the valet area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Customer service & teamwork: handle guest concerns politely, solve problems quickly, and support a positive team environment.
• Attendance & professionalism: arrive on time, in full uniform, and ready to work; follow all company rules and policies.
• Additional duties: assist with other tasks as needed to support daily operations.

• Compensation: $9.00 per hour plus daily cash tips (rates may vary by market; tips depend on service performance and customer interactions)

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• A helpful attitude and strong customer service mindset are essential.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than 3 moving violations within 3 years).
• Must pass and maintain a clean background check.

• Hospitality, Customer Service & Communication: deliver exceptional guest service through clear, professional communication and active listening.
• Organizational Support & Adaptability: adhere to policies, adapt to changing environments, manage multiple responsibilities, and stay flexible.
• Dependability & Safety: follow instructions, maintain schedules, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Physical Demands: stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; work in various weather conditions; evening, weekend, and holiday availability; work in indoor/outdoor environments and in proximity to moving vehicles.
