Blue Ridge Scenic Railway is seeking a part-time/seasonal tour guide to ensure passengers have a safe and pleasant journey. You will greet and inform riders, assist with loading, and enforce safety rules while delivering excellent customer service.
You will be expected to know the trains, cars, and highlights, answer questions accurately, and stay current on events and procedures. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends during peak seasons, is required.
