Aero Dynamic Avaition Inc. is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer support while serving as a primary point of contact between Aero Dynamic Aviation Inc. (AAI) and its customers. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction through timely communication, accurate order management, proactive follow-up, and effective coordination with internal departments.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Production, Quality, and other internal teams to ensure customer expectations and delivery commitments are met.
