We are a cutting-edge Endodontic Practice on the rise, seeking a passionate Endo Associate to join our dynamic team. With the support of a dedicated Partner and an exceptional clinical and administrative staff, we provide a patient-centric environment equipped with all the modern amenities to ensure your success.
Your Responsibilities:- Perform root canal therapy, retreatment, and apical surgery with the utmost care and precision.
- Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues.
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to create and implement effective treatment plans.
- Communicate clearly with patients, educating them on their treatment options for informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in your practice.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in our practice management system.
- Engage in continuing education and professional development to stay current with the latest techniques and trends.
- Work alongside our administrative team to manage scheduling, patient communication, and billing as needed.
- Uphold our commitment to excellent patient care in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
- Must possess a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Certificate in endodontics from an accredited program or currently enrolled in a Residency program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional clinical skills with a dedication to high-quality patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with the dental team.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay ahead in the field.
