We’re a residential remodeling firm working with homeowners across Leesburg, Moultrie, Greensboro, and surrounding areas in Georgia. Our owners, brothers David & Keith Pool, started a 2‑man flooring installation service in their hometown 20+ years ago, and that small enterprise has grown into one of the premier firms in the area, offering high‑end cabinetry, flooring, lighting, design and installation services.

We have showrooms in Leesburg, Moultrie, and Greensboro, GA. Known for our craftsmanship, professionalism, and wide range of premium products, we offer an end‑to‑end experience for homeowners—from product selection and design consultation to expert installation.

We are looking for a Sales Designer for our showroom in Greensboro. Currently, our owners handle all clients in the Greensboro area from their home base in Leesburg. As a Sales Designer, you will work with prospective homeowner clients in the Greensboro area to scope their project, secure their business, design the cabinet, flooring and lighting layout, help with product selection, and bring their remodeling vision to life.

• Train and become an expert with the cabinet lines we offer
• Meet clients at our showroom and guide them through the design process from start to finish
• Meet clients at their homes throughout the project to ensure installations are on time and on budget
• Attend client meetings as needed (Initial Consults, Site Measures, Jobsite Visits, etc)
• Develop quotes for cabinet design projects and secure new projects for Pool Brothers
• Create innovative cabinetry designs and interior space plans
• Handle project details, including pricing, measuring, placing orders, and confirming materials
• Stay on top of design trends and offer creative solutions to client needs
• Collaborate with our in‑house team to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently

• 5+ years of professional experience in residential construction or related field
• Proficiency in CAD, 2020 Design, or similar software
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail, an ownership mindset, and a proactive attitude
• Familiarity with construction drawings, appliances, plumbing, and hardware
• Experience working in kitchen & bath remodeling or building material sales is preferred
