• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
• Fellowship Training: Fellowship trained in Orthopaedic Spine Surgery.
• Licensing: Must have a Georgia state medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to starting.
