Optometrist

Kaiser Permanente / The Southeast Permanente Medical Group (TSPMG) is currently seeking a full-time, residency trained optometrist for our growing team in Sharpsburg/Peachtree City, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full scope optometry in a multidisciplinary/co-management setting. We are an ocular disease heavy practice and work closely with our retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics specialists to provide quality care to our members.

• Graduation from accredited college of optometry with a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number
• Licensure in the state of Georgia including certification in the use of diagnostic and therapeutic agents
• Minimum 1-year optometric residency preferred
