Clinicians will provide critical care night coverage during 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM at an inpatient facility, with no call responsibilities associated with this assignment. Responsibilities include intensive monitoring and management of critically ill adult patients within a 24-bed ICU, where the census averages approximately 18 occupied beds and typically 2-5 admissions occur per night. The clinician will oversee ICU night services and respond to urgent intubation and code needs as they arise, with APP supervision included as part of the coverage model.
Demonstrated recent experience within the past 12 months in a critical care setting is required for consideration, and board certification is required.
