Base Pay Range$55,000 – $60,000 per year

Compensation
: $55,000 – $60,000 a year based on experience and education.
- Manage all licensing requirements diligently, ensuring compliance in classrooms and school files.
- Cultivate strong relationships with staff and families, fostering trust and engagement.
- Conduct tours and engage with families warmly.
- Clear a background check.
- Conduct regular, timely reviews and classroom observations.
- Master the art of multitasking and time management.

- Bachelor's in ECE, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, or Education-related field (Required) OR
- Associate's degree in ECE/Child Development PLUS 2+ years of work experience in a licensed childcare facility OR
- CDA plus 3 years of childcare experience; TCC in ECE, Infant/Toddler Care, Preschool Care PLUS 3 years of experience.
