We are a full‑service commercial mechanical contractor serving Nashville, Valdosta and the surrounding areas with HVAC and plumbing services for residential homeowners and commercial businesses.

We are looking for an HVAC Mechanical Engineer.Position Overview
This position will be Estimating Commercial HVAC New Construction and Renovation Installations, as well as Design‑Build projects from $1 Million - $10
Million. Example of some of our projects: hotels / hospitality, K-12 Schools and higher learning, and other commercial / light commercial buildings.

Position: HVAC Mechanical Engineer
Pay Range: $100,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience and credentials
Pay Type: Salary / Exempt
Work Hours: Full Time
Location: Valdosta & Nashville GA
What you will be doing- Estimating Commercial Projects—New Construction / Design‑Builds & Renovations
- Estimating HVAC, duct work, Sheet metal, Hydronic piping and Plumbing
- Material and labor takeoffs to identify material quantities, labor hours, and cost
- Assemble and submit proposals directly to clients
- Review preliminary quotes and pre‑bid estimates
- Utilizing Electronic Takeoff Systems (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Builder Trend, etc.)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC project estimation
- Mechanical Engineer degree desired
- Ability to perform material and labor takeoffs to identify material quantities, labor hours, and cost
- Competitive trade bids comparison experience
- Attention to detail when analyzing blueprints to prepare accurate specific takeoffs
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) as conversions
- Excellent knowledge of Electronic Takeoff Systems (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Builder Trend, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and know when to consult other members of the team
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Must be highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
