Overview Energy, Inc. is looking for an Optics Lab Manager to own the optics lab end-to-end, from space and equipment to test setups and experiments. You will be the hands-on lead for the optics team, turning experimentation goals into bench hardware and repeatable processes.
Reporting to the Director of Optics, you will design experiments, mentor staff, and drive rapid iteration by feeding results back into design. This is a high-autonomy role for an experienced experimentalist.
