Stylist – LSGF Management
Join a high‑volume Great Clips franchise with a flexible schedule for full‑ or part‑time stylists. We pride ourselves on offering the highest effective wage in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $32.06/hr free shears ($199 MSRP) for interviews, $300 signing bonus, ongoing virtual and hands‑on training.
Basepay range
$23.00/hr – $34.00/hr
Responsibilities- Consult with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
- Listen to clients’ needs to determine their preferences.
- Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
- Shampoo, cut, and style hair.
- Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
- Proficiency with hot irons, curlers, and blow‑dryers is helpful.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset and a good eye for design.
No minimum experience required; entry level. Full‑time employment in Flowery Branch, GA.
