Physical Therapist Position Description

• Conduct and document patient evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and results.
• Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and family members.
• Provide full range of physical therapy services to children, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Physical Therapist Experience/Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited professional program in physical therapy
• Licensed PT in Georgia
• BLS Certified
