Role: BCBA and Case SupervisorWe are seeking BCBAs for our center‑focused applied behavior analysis services at our Oakwood center. This role offers a collaborative culture, ethical caseloads, and a healthy work/life balance.
Your Typical Day Might Include- Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for staff and clients
- Collaborating with parents or caregivers to sustain client progress long‑term
- Developing and leading other team members
- Implementing innovative ABA methods such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT)
- Attending trainings, GABA, or other conferences
- You are a leader with passion and vision
- You value developing clinical and managerial skills with mentorship from leading ABA professionals
- You are an excellent clinician, great manager, and collaborator with client caretakers
- You love seeing the impact of your work on clients’ lives
- You enjoy leading and developing other clinicians to help clients reach their full potential
- You can act as an evangelist to employees, parents, referral sources, and the ABA community
- $5,000 Signing Bonus
- Billable hours starting at 20 hours a week
