We are seeking BCBAs for our center‑focused applied behavior analysis services at our Oakwood center. This role offers a collaborative culture, ethical caseloads, and a healthy work/life balance.

• Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for staff and clients
• Collaborating with parents or caregivers to sustain client progress long‑term
• Developing and leading other team members
• Implementing innovative ABA methods such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT)
• Attending trainings, GABA, or other conferences

• You are a leader with passion and vision
• You value developing clinical and managerial skills with mentorship from leading ABA professionals
• You are an excellent clinician, great manager, and collaborator with client caretakers
• You love seeing the impact of your work on clients’ lives
• You enjoy leading and developing other clinicians to help clients reach their full potential
• You can act as an evangelist to employees, parents, referral sources, and the ABA community

• Billable hours starting at 20 hours a week
