Role: BCBA and Case Supervisor

We are seeking BCBAs for our center‑focused applied behavior analysis services at our Oakwood center. This role offers a collaborative culture, ethical caseloads, and a healthy work/life balance.

Your Typical Day Might Include
  • Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for staff and clients
  • Collaborating with parents or caregivers to sustain client progress long‑term
  • Developing and leading other team members
  • Implementing innovative ABA methods such as Relational Frame Theory (RFT)
  • Attending trainings, GABA, or other conferences
