• Help patients move between exercises, set up equipment, and follow therapist directions during sessions
• Ensure treatment areas are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies for patient use
• Answer phone calls, assist with scheduling appointments, check in patients, and complete paperwork as needed
• Track inventory levels and help order needed equipment or materials for the therapy team
• Create a friendly, encouraging atmosphere for patients going through recovery and therapy
• Communicate clearly and compassionately
• Work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Are comfortable with physical tasks and enjoys being on your feet

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a healthcare or physical therapy setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
