• Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
• Maintain residents  records daily and follow company policy and procedures.
• Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting changes to the supervisor.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
• Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
• Assist with the completion of medication cart audits.
• Provide direct resident care.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Maintain any certification as required by state or provincial regulations
• Meet state or provincial health-related requirements

• 401k

• Position: PRN
• Must be able to work a minimum of one 12-hour shift per month
