Warehouse Associate Oxygen Tank Filler

• Fill and prepare high‑pressure oxygen tanks for delivery to healthcare locations.
• Operate and maintain filling equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Complete production and delivery documentation accurately and legibly.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in hazardous materials training.
• Identify and report equipment hazards or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean and compliant work area in accordance with company, city and state regulations.
• Learn and develop technical knowledge of respiratory products and durable medical equipment (DME/HME).
• Support quality improvement initiatives and meet JCAHO standards.
• Process orders and maintain inventory accuracy.

• Experience in warehouse operations, mechanical work or equipment handling.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to complete vendor and manufacturer training and certifications.
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment regularly.

• Completion of a company‑wide background check.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if driving is required for the role).

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• One year or more of warehouse, manufacturing or mechanical experience (preferred).

• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Positive attitude with a helpful and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable interpreting instructions and working with various communication tools.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task.
• Capable of performing basic math calculations.
• Organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs or more regularly.
• Comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, talking and listening throughout the day.
• Able to load, unload, push, pull and move equipment safely.
• Requires close vision for reading labels, paperwork and digital screens.
