• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders in patients.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Work towards achieving set targets and goals within assigned territories.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to track and measure treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in performance evaluations to assess personal and team success.
• Adapt treatment strategies based on patient feedback and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on speech and language disorders.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations and treatment outcomes.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Proven experience in assessing and treating speech and language disorders.
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Strong communication skills to educate patients and families effectively.
• Familiarity with data-driven approaches to track treatment effectiveness.
• Ability to adapt treatment strategies based on patient feedback.
• Experience working in a collaborative healthcare team environment.
