Position

Purpose:

The Nutritional Service Associate will work 12‑hour shifts, including every other weekend from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Employment Type: Full time

• Assist in preparation, service, and cleaning required for the patient tray line and the cafeteria food service.
• Ensure proper food preparation according to given recipes and maintain cleanliness.
• Follow routine work schedules, system and departmental operating procedures.
• Carry through to completion of assigned and planned tasks.
• Exercise initiative and sound judgment in daily and assigned work.
• Prioritize and correct problems as needed.

Education: HS diploma is desirable but not required.

Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or extended care facility is desirable but not required.
