Position:
In‑Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location:

Springfield, GA

We provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in client homes under BCBA supervision. The focus is helping children build essential skills for independence in a comfortable environment.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes
• Use data‑driven techniques to support behavior change
• Collaborate closely with families to align therapy with real‑life goals
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team

Mission: to help children with autism thrive through compassionate, evidence‑based care. We provide ABA therapy in‑home, clinic‑based, and community‑based settings for ages 2‑18 across multiple states.

• Active RBT certification
• High‑school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
