Location: Ideal

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. This role requires strong communication skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes across various age groups and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities using appropriate tests and tools.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and clinical findings.
  • Provide direct therapy services to patients in one-on-one and group settings.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and families on treatment plans and progress.
  • Collaborate with physicians, teachers, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
  • Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Stay updated with best practices, research, and continuing education in speech-language pathology.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning.
Re quired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • State licensure (or eligibility) s a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress.
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
  • Experience working in educational, hospital, or outpatient settings.
  • Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices and techniques.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
Certifications (if any)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
