Position: Travel RN - Operating Room - Cardiovascular OR/CVOR
Location: Atlanta

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) position requiring a GA or compact RN license and strong endovascular experience.

Job Details

• Work in a hospital-based Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR),

• Care for adult patients undergoing cardiac and vascular surgical procedures,

• Day shift, 12-hour shifts,

• No on-call responsibilities,

• 13-week travel assignment,

• No local candidates accepted within 50 miles,

Job Requirements

• Active GA or compact RN license in hand,

• Minimum of 18 months full-time recent experience in a CVOR of similar acuity within the last 3 years,

• Demonstrated proficiency with cardiac and vascular procedures, with all 3's and 4's in cardiac and vascular cases,

• Strong endovascular surgical experience required,

Additional Information

• Applicants with prior permanent employment at the facility must have a gap of at least 1 year, and 18 months if returning to the same facility,

• Requested time off (RTO) is limited to 5 days unless around holidays, when it is limited to 3 days,

• Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract,

• Requests for several consecutive days off around holidays will not be approved,

• First-time travelers are accepted if they meet experience requirements,
