- Alpharetta is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCA/CNA Caregivers to join our growing team in Cumming, GA! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care that promotes independence and dignity. - Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and comfort
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans
- Current PCA or CNA certification in the state of Georgia preferred
- Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
